This arts and crafts style home, also known as a bungalow or cottage style was built in 1914. It is typical of home built in that period between 1890 and 1920 with its blocky, simple design and use of handcrafted workmanship. The front porch is one of its best features as a comfortable outdoor retreat.

The home, inside, is decorated Shabby Chic style with a light airy feel. It features a crystal chandelier, old glass light covers from a Victorian home in Houston and a lot of old oak furniture.
